About Sharjah Police
Sharjah Police, founded in 1967 and employing over 8000 officers, is the first police force in the EMEA region to systematically introduce a coaching culture across all its functions and provides coaching to its staff members, to convicted offenders and their families and to those in need within the community. Like all governmental entities within the EU, its participates in the annual Federal Happiness Index KPI, which measures employee satisfaction and morale.
